i cleared my backlog in 2nd semester can i get a good job in after completing B.tech study

yes you can get very good job.
As you have cleared your backlog, there is no barrier

You need to score very good marks in your graduation to get maximum short list
Try to work on your subject knowledge, current affair, communication and presentation skills

Try practicing for GD and personal Interview also. There is lot of material available on net, make use of it.

Yes you can a good job of a good salary as you mention that you have clear ur 2nd semister back log this is very nicr. But for a good salary job you have to score good marks in last year of b.tech

YES, you can get a good job after passing Btech

But Make sure:
>> That you pass all your subjects
>> there should be no backlogs
>> You should have good communication skills
>> You should have very good knowledge about your Engineering subjects

You can apply for both jobs in Government sector as well as Private sector

You can apply to the below Government jobs:
>> Engineering services exams:
This exam is conducted by UPSC
Eligibilty is BE/BTECH pass
Age should be between 21 and 30 years

>> SSC Combined Graduate level exams:
Eligibilty is Graduation pass
Age should be between 18 to 27 years

>> BSNL JTO Exams:
Eligibilty is BE/BTECH in IT, telecommunications, Computers, Electronis
Maximum age to apply is 30 years

>> SBI PO exams
Next exam would be held on 28th April 2013
Last date to apply is 23rd February 2013
Eligibilty is Graduation pass
Age should be between 21 to 30 years

If you have minimum 50% marks in your B.Tech.You can apply for GATE even though a student who has cleard all his backlogs before applying to GATE Exam.So you may eligible for GATE if you
50% marks.Through gate many public companies offering jobs to the students like BHEL,BEL,HCL,NTPC..etc.You can also apply for some of the MNC's also.You can also do the M.Tech in IIT's Through this you can also get job.You can also do the civils.You many options infront
of you choose among that will turn your life
