i am doing my btech 3rd year,information technology with 1 backlog subject.can i have a chance 2 acquire a good job in mnc's.
and i would like 2 know one more question that my friend had cleared 4 subjects backlogs.if she had a chance to get good job in mnc's.

Normally MNC's consider applications from only those candidates who have a first class in aggregate. They do not consider applications from those who have backlogs. So you need to clear your backlogs immediately. If your friend has cleared all the backlogs she can apply. This is provided she has at least a first class in aggregate score.

IF YOU CLEAR YOUR BACKLOGS THEN YOU CAN APPLY FOR JOBS IN MNC's.

THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF MOST MNC's is that they require minimum 60% in 10th and 12th.
They also ask for 60% in B.Tech .Apart from that you need to qualify the aptitude test conducted by them and then you need to pass the interview .

So i will suggest you to work hard as you already have backlogs and your friend need to work extremely hard as she has 4 backlogs.SO she might have less chance for applying in MNC'S but if she works hard then everything is possible.

Well having backlogs you won't get any jobs in any MNCs but if you clear all the backlogs before completion then you might get jobs.
As you know now a day huge competition is there for jobs. Every MNCs has their eligibility criteria althrough 60% that is in 10th, 12th and B.Tech and without any backlogs.
So if you have clear your backlogs before 6th sem then you can apply for any jobs in MNCs.

for getting the jobs in any of the MNC you have to clear all your backlogs .......
and the eligibility criteria for most of the multinationals is that you have to get a minimum of the 60% of the marks in the 10th , 12th and the b.tech degree .......

so as you have a backlog in ine subject first clear that and then you can apply for any of the MNCs based on the eligibility .....

As a distance education student can I get job in MNC?

I am a 3rd year BE student, i dont have any backs atpresent. But my aggregate till 5thSem is only 55%. Can i get job in Mnc's? I m so worried about this. Anyone please reply,

Yes ofcourse you can. The eligibility criteria will be an aggregate of 60% and above in B.E/B.Tech, 12th, 10th.
Some companies like HCL, CTS, TCS etc do allow 1 or 2 standing arrears. But do keep in mind that you clear them all by your final semester. For these companies it does not matter if you had a history of arrears.

i wrote 4th sem exam,
i got 63% in 1st sem,71%in 2nd sem and 59%in 3rd sem,
will this 59% afeect for my job....?

you have backlogs means ur chance to attend a placement is finished... i dont understand why those mncs consider marks alone as the criteria.... Those who mug up and pass the exam gets job.. really talented people are left helpless.. i personally know many people who dont know to write a simple program in c ,got placed in mncs..... so u have talent- no one cares, you have marks- then everyone cares........ so sad

You are now in 3 rd year so in final year you are eligible for MNC companies jobs.

if your friend cleared all backlog then he is eligible for MNC job.

but when he will faced for campus selection , he has not any kind of backlogs.

MNC's criteria "60% in graduation" means only final year (B.E.) percentage or average of all four years.

Sir i am pursuing b.tech from uptu i want to know that i had bad result in 12th less than 60% but in 10th i scored 75% now i completed my 1st yr n i have a backlog in 1 sub having 60% in 1st yr. Pls guide me can i do improvement in 12th. Whether it help?

normally, MNCs want 60% in through the academic carrier.
and at the time of joining backlogs are not allowed.
max. two years of gap are allowed.
You are now in 3 rd year so in final year you are eligible for MNC companies jobs.

if your friend cleared all backlog then he is eligible for MNC job.

respected sir/mam, I got 69% in 10th and 47% in 12th exam.Now I am doing diploma in e&c branch. I am in 2nd year and I got 83% in1st year diploma.Due to sickness,I had to drop a year after my 1st year in diploma. Now if I continue my studies and secure marks more than 65% during my diploma and b.tech, then can I get job in MNCs through campus or in any other way.

at first plz recover your backlogs
then you can apply bellow mnc company like

for wipro Eligibility Criteria:

1. Fulltime BE / BTech/ MCA
2. minimum of 60% aggregate in your degree.
3. minimum of 50% aggregate in 10th and 12th
4. No backlogs

for TCS and CTS Eligibility Criteria:

1.minimum 60% in 10th,12th and B.tech..
2.Should not have more than 2years Education Gap....
3.No backlogs
