Sorry, to say that you are not eligible to get a government job in USA after completion of your B.Tech CSE course being a citizen of India. Only candidates who are citizens of USA are eligible to apply for government job in USA. After completion of your B.Tech CSE course, you can go to US for pursuing your MS course and after that, you can do any private job in USA.
