Yes, under graduates are eligible for bank clerk/P.O positions. IBPS considers graduation as the basic qualification for clerical/P.O positions. For clerical position, age of the applicant must be between 18 and 28 years. The upper age limit for P.O is 28 years. Detailed information can be collected from the website of concerned bank or IBPS.

Re: Can i give banking exam for PO or Clerk if I am a under graduate
If you have not completed your Graduation then you can't apply for the Bank PO exam.
The marks in your Graduation final year is needed when you are filling the application form. So it will be better if you pass the Graduation then apply for Bank PO examination. Now IBPS has declared that you must have 60% marks in Graduation for Bank PO examination. But for Clerical there is no such restriction on percentage. So you have to see whether you satisfy the qualification before applying otherwise you will face problem later. The Bank Examination usually has an Objective Type paper which you have to clear with cut off marks to get a call for interview. The marks in the interview and Objective paper will decide whether you will be selected or not. So you have to be well prepared then only you will get selected.
