sir,i have 52% in 12 and pursuing bba specialised in banking & insurance from guru govind singh indraprasth university 2nd year,can i apply for clerk xam in govt banks..please reply me at [email protected]

Yes, one can attend bank clerk exam at the time of pursuing of BBA. A 12th class qualification is necessary for clerical cadre posts. You need to be at least 18 years of age for this. Upper age limit for bank clerical post is 28 years. Also, 50% marks in B.Ed is compulsory. Selection will be on the basis of bank written examination which will cover topic areas like English skills, GK, reasoning ability, Mathematical skills etc.

Eligibilty for the IBPS BANK CLERKS exams:
Min educational qualifications is Graduation Pass
Age should be between 20 and 28 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations


Forms would filled from 19th August 2013
Last date to apply is 7th September 2013
Forms can be filled online only through website www.ibps.in
