Can I give IAS exam after completing B.Ed History?


I complited b.ed.history,can i give ias exam...could u pelase give me the details

IAS Stands Indian Administrative Service

IAS examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission once a year

IAS exam selection Process based on following Three Stages

Preliminary Examination

Main Examination

Interview

Number of Attempts :

General Candidates : 4 times

OBC Candidates : 7 Times

SC/ST Candidates : No Limit

Eligibility :

The Applicant must be Indian

The Applicant should be complete Graduation in any stream from a recognized university

final year studying applicants also eligible for apply

The Applicant age limit between 21 to 30 years

The upper age relaxation as per govt rules

3 years age relaxation for OBC applicants

5 years age relaxation for SC/ST applicants

> Yes,definitely you can appear in IAS exam as you have already completed the graduation then B.Ed.

IAS (Indian Administrative Services) is basically for those who are firmly determined for dedication of themselves towards the own country.

If you are so interested for IAS,after being Engineers, Doctors, or Ph.d you can sit IAS exam conducted by UPSC.

Application forms will come out in the month of January.

According to the new exam pattern of the IAS exam.

1) General-Studies paper which carries 150 marks.

2) Optional paper which carries 150 marks.

♦>> Eligibility for IAS exam :~

> Candidate should have a citizenship in India.

> Candidate should have a age limit of 21-30 years for General category.

> Candidate should have a age limit of 21-35 years for SC/ST category.

> Candidate should have a age limit of 21-33 years for OBC category.

> Candidate who are Ex-service men will get 5 years exception from the prescribed limits.

> Candidate should have done his/her graduation from a recognized university with a fair percentage.

> Candidate who are writing their final degree exam can also apply for the IAS exam.


The candidates who satisfy all the above criteria's,they are eligible to apply for the IAS Exam.

As you have finished your graduation you need to satisfy the age limits so that you can apply for the IAS Exam.
