Can I Give Main Exams Of IRS After 2-3 Years Gap From Preliminary Exams, pls Guide Over This.

No, you are not eligible to appear for the IRS Mains examination if qualified in the Preliminary examination earlier.

The examination to become an IRS officer is conducted by the UPSC through the Civil Services examination.

The examination is conducted in the three stages and so the candidates need to qualify in all the stages in the same year to qualify in the examination and become as IRS officer.

So you need to appear again in the Preliminary examination to appear in the Mains after that in the Interview.
