Yes, you can definitely pursue the course offered by the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. Neither there is any percentage criteria, nor there is any age limit to apply for the course.
Now, since you are a graduate, you will be exempted from the Foundation Course and will be able to enroll for the Intermediate course-the second stage of the Cost and Work Accountancy program.
The Intermediate course will be followed by Computer Training, Final Course and Modular Training.
The course is offered by the institute in both modes, i.e. distance mode as well as oral coaching at its study center available all over India.
So, depending upon your choice, you may opt for any of the modes.
