Definetly commerce and arts students are eligible to join Defence forces by appearing in SSC examination or by appearing in CDS examinations.

Yes you can join indian army.You can join indian army through NDA.This exam is held twice in a year .You can apply for this.

Hello friend,
You can join Indian Army after BCom i.e. graduation by clearing the Combined Defence Services Exam conducted by UPSC twice a year and also the Service Selection Board interview.

Dear friend,

Definitely B.Com student with 60% marks can join army.

They can join through CDSE.

Permanent Commission/Short Service Commission for male candidates.

Short Service Commission for Women candidates.

obviously you may also apply for Indian army after B.Com. but first after training you have to work as a soldier irrespective of the department. first you must be soldier then you may be placed in various department according to your department.

Yes, of course you can join Indian army being a commerce graduate through graduate direct entry scheme.

The UPSC holds an all-India competitive examination, known as the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDSE), twice a year for University graduates or equivalent.

Eligibility:
Educational qualification:
For IMA /OTA : A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
For Naval Academy: B.Sc. with Physics and/or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering.
For Air Force Academy: B.Sc. of a recognized University or equivalent with Physics and/or Mathematics as subjects or Bachelor of Engineering.

Age limit: Candidate should be in the age of 19-24.

The course commences each year in the month of January and July. Interested candidates can apply in response to advertisement in March /April & Oct. Nov.

There are various modes through which a guy can join Indian Army.After 12 and After graduation or Any Degree.

As you are a B.com guy and have crossed 19 years of age then CDSE i.e Combined Defense Services is an Exam you can apply for it.

One more Entry is open for you i.e SSC (Short Services Commission) . in which you can directly face SSB in contrast to your Academics results in B.com.

You can join Indian Army as an officer through CDSE entry scheme.
The Combined Defence Service(CDSE) examination is conducted by the
UPSC for the graudate candidate.
The detailed eligibility criteria for the CDSE exam is given below:

Education Qualification
Candidates who have completes their graduation are eligible to apply for this
entry scheme.
Candidates who are in Final year of graduation are also eligible for this entry
scheme.

Age Limit
Candidate applying through CDSE entry scheme should have age between
19-24 years for IMA
19-23 years for Air force
19-22 years for Navy

All those who are from commerce background can join indian army after completing graduation, through :-
1.Combined Defence Services exam conducted by UPSC twice a year. Age limt:-19 to 24 yrs
2.Short Service Commission.Age limit 19 to 25 yrs. Keep track and respond to the advertisement published in Employment news/Rozgar Samachar.

If you have NCC you can also go through NCC entry. Age limt 19-25yrs.
Qualification-Graduate with 50% Aggregate marks, 2 Yrs service in NCC Senior Div Army with minimum 'B' Grade in 'C' Certificate Exam.

Yes, You can join indian army through:-

CDSE(Combined Defence Services Exam) conducted by UPSC twice a year as CDSI and CDSII
Age Limit- 19 to 24 yrs as on 1st day of commencement of course i.e. 1st July for CDSI and 1st Jan for CDSII.
Educational Qualification- Graduation form a recognized university.

However you are not eligible for Navy or Air Force since you do not have Physics and Maths.

as you have completed b.com .you are now eligible for logistic branch in defense services.

B.Com students can join indian army.

B.Com students can join indian army after graduation.

to join in Indian amry, you have to appear an qualify UPSC exam.

through UPSC exam, you can join in Indian army.

the criteria to attain in the UPSC exam is

minimum graduation in qualification with 55% marks.

age limit 21-29 years.

yes you can surely go for a career option as an army officer. you can join indian army after passing 12th also. science stream is only required in airforce and in some cases in navy also. but army only requires graduates either science graduate or commerce graduate or arts graduate....
so apply for indian army and make your parents proud....
