No, you cannot join NSD after passing 12th because the minimum education qualification required for NSD (National School of Drama) is graduation from recognized university.
Eligibility criteria for NSD(National School of Drama):
1)Minimum educational qualification:
a)Candidates should be graduated from recognized university.
b)Candidates must have proficiency in mother tongue and good knowledge of
Hindi and English.
c)Candidates should have participated in at minimum six theatre productions
or its equivalent.

2)Age limit:
a) Candidates age should be in between 20 to 30 years.
b) Five years of relaxation for SC/ST category.

So you should first complete your graduation then apply for NSD(National School of Drama)
