Can I pursue MS in IT with bachelors degree in civil? I have completed B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 73%


Hello,
Am swetha , completed my btech in civil engineering with 73%.
I am interested in IT.Planning to do MS in US. Can i pursue my MS in IT with
bachelors degree in civil?

No, you are not eligible to do MS in IT after completion of your Bachelor's degree course in Civil Engineering. To be eligible to pursue MS in IT course, you should have passed Bachelor's degree course in CSE/ IT or any other related stream from a Government recognised university. So, being a Bachelor's degree holder in Civil Engineering, you are not eligible to apply for admission to MS in IT course.
