Re: Can I qualify for IAS and bank PO? I am a student of M.A
Yes, why not, you are eligible for Indian Administrative Services and Probationary officer exams.
Eligibility for Civil Services exam: >>Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized university. Final year candidates can also apply for the exam. >>The age limit is 21-30 years. Upper age relaxed for OBC and SC/ST candidates. Exam pattern: 1. Preliminary examination. 2. Mains examination. 3. Personal Interview. There are four attempts for General candidates, seven for OBC candidates and no limit for SC/ST candidates. For any more details, you can visit the official website of UPSC which conducts the Civil Services examination, www.upsc.gov.in. Bank Probationary Officer exams: Bachelor's degree is the essential qualification for bank PO exams like IBPS or SBI PO exams. The age limit for SBI Bank PO is 21-30 years and for IBPS bank PO exam is 20-28 years with upper age relaxed for OBC and SC/ST candidates. For more details about IBPS exam, visit www.ibps.in and for SBI PO, visit www.sbi.co.in. |
