sir can i attend for upsc exam?if i have got the degree of nios board in 12th and 10 from cbse and b.tech from nit nagaland.

Yes, with this qualification, you can attend UPSC exam. There is no specification that candidates should have the educational qualifications as a full time course. If you have done distance courses from any institute, it should be recognized by DEC. You can apply for jobs like civil services, defense services, and other major government departments. You can also apply for PSU jobs, railways jobs, IES etc after B.Tech.

You should be thorough with both technical and other subject areas when you are preparing for Section engineer position in railways.
