The aspirant can study Ph.D in Nano science and Technology at Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. The research course is a consolidation of advanced courses in Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Agriculture Sciences, Medicine Sciences and Engineering. There are so many colleges offering Nanotechnology course.

Eligibility Criteria Ph.D in Nanotechnology:

- The applicant must completed their M.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Materials Sc, Nano science from a recognized university. Those candidates who have completed their M.Tech in Nanotechnology/Materials/ Chemical Engineering/ Bio medical Engineering/ Energy Science and Engineering/ Environmental Science and Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks or grade point average are also eligible.
