Is a graduate from EIILM university eligible for CAT, MAT entrance exam?

I want to know that a graduate from eiilm university(sikkim) is eligible for cat,mat entrence exams or not?

The EIILM University is recognized by University Grant Commission [UGC], hence a degree obtained from it get recognition on all India level. Candidates completing their bachelors degree program from the University are eligible to appear in any Management entrance test including CAT and MAT, given one must fulfil the qualifying marks and other eligibility criteria.

I have done graduation in shobhit distance education .can I eligible for cat.mat entrance exam or not
