Can I be considered during document verification to attend counselling process for admission in B.Tech. course in OJEE 2012 as I have to appear Math compartment in July, 2012?

i have got 3933 rank in outstate category in ojee 2012 .and i 58% in 10 2 wbchse exam .but i got 42 marks in math,65 mark in chemistry and 60 marks in physics .can i get admission in b.tech?
