Can I take a part in Uttarakhand Pre medical test if I am a domicile of UP from Bijinore?
i am a domicile of up from bijnore so can i take part in uttarakhand pre medical test organised by g.b.pant university,pantnagar?

No. As a student of one state you can't take exam of another state except some centraly administrated institution. You can try such exams.
