please help me to know whether Pakistani students can go abroad (to Canada) for studying after matriculation examination on scholarship,if yes then what's the procedure? on what basis shall we be selected?are there any courses or some sort of other things required?

Certainly, you can go to study to Canada for your further studies after matriculation. You will need a passport, a letter from the school/college which will enable you for a student visa.

As far as scholarship is concerned, Scholarship is given to candidates who pass out with distinction. There are different types of scholarships- merit based, need based, athletic based etc.
Often school/university/institution provides scholarship to the students who top in their respective examinations. At time some organization or NGO's also provide the scholarship to the topper students.

You will have to pass with distinction to get scholarship. Talk to your college administration or go to your respective department head and talk to him about this.
The school/college where you will apply for admission might ask you to sit for an online aptitude test. They conduct this test to have fair knowledge about your skills and knowledge.

1st you need a high merit. A pass port and than concern letter from college which will help you to get visa and after geting schoolarship your path is ready
