Dear Friend,
Yes,Every student who have successfully Completed their Graduations from the Recognised University are Eligible for PSU and GATE Examinations.
Note Distance Educations is a type of Course but the Value of the Certificate of Distance Educations is same as that of Regular Course Degree Certificate.
Just you must be belonging to the Recognised University only.
