Karnataka State Open University is one of the good universities in India and the University is recognized by the UGC.

So, if you pass degree from the above mentioned university you will be eligible for the government jobs.

As you are passing graduation in Distance mode there is no problem as you will be eligible for the government jobs.

Yes,you will be Eligible to appear in any government Exams if you have completed your Graduation degree from Distance Learning.

In order to appear in these Exams you will have to fulfill these Eligibility:-

Educational Qualification:-

>>You must be passed out in your Engineering(Graduation degree).
>>Your degree should be from Recognized university.
>>Your degree should be approved from the DEC(Distance educational council).

Age:-

>>Your minimum age should be 18 years.
>>Your age should not be above 28 years.

After crossing the age 28 you will able to get the age relaxation facility also but only when you comes under the reserved category.

Its details are:-

>>If you belong from the OBC category then you will get 3 years of age relaxations.
>>If you belong from the SC/ST category then you will get 5 years of age relaxations.

Marks:-

>>If you belong from the General/OBC then your minimum marks in your Engineering should be 60%.
>>If you belong from the SC/ST then your minimum marks in your Engineering should be 50%.

The List of Government Exams in which you can appear for getting government jobs are:-

>>IBPS PO/Clerk.
>>IBPS NABARD Bank.
>>IBPS RURAL BANK OFFICERS.
>>SSC UDC/LDC.
