My son DOB is 22.10.2001 , till 4th standard studied at Hyderabad under state syllabus, 5th to 7th in Bangalore under ICSE syllabus & completed 8th under CBSE , now for the academic year 2014-15 will study 9th , 2016 March whether he is eligible for X std under CBSE . As on March 2016 he will be 14 yrs 5 months. Please clarify.
