i have completed my plus 2 with 71% with physics, chemistry, biology and english. i want to know what should be the best option for me to choose for my carrier

First of all welcome to Education and Career Forum!!!

The most popular option after 12th (PCBE) is definately MBBS course. There are many other courses which you can join like BSc,BSc Biotechnology,MBBS etc

But whole thing rounds up to interest. Choose the one in which you have interest.

MBBS is a great option and a has a very high scope. If you have an interest to help other people in need then you must go for this course.

For MBBS you will need to crack certain entrance exams but if you are not able to then no need to worry. There are whole lot of options available infront of you.

You can even join BSc Biotechnology which is having tremendoues scope. After BSc Biotechnology you can opt for MSc Biotechnology and then go for research or Ph.D

So we can only advice you certain things but the final decision lies with you.

It wont help much if you choose a course in which you are not at all interested

If you want to choose best course then,you should go for MBBS .It is the best option for you because you scored 71% with biology.So you should go for this .Or you can do b.tech in biotechnology.Because it offers jobs in forein.

hey being a medical student you have got urself a good deal of percentage...so u actuali cleared d eligibility criteria for most of the medical entrance exams..congos!!
ur 1st choice should be AIPMT which would get u thru mbbs or bds courses of various renowned colleges, then their are many private colleges having seperate entrances
also if ur state has a seperate entrance, you must go for that as it will include all the medical colleges in ur state
the other best option would be pursuin b.pharma
other than these u wont require any seperate courses but in any case if der is a need for some oder dan u can go for biotech, agricultural science, forest services etc.
bt hope for d best dat u get selected in the aipmt itself which realli requires a lot of hard work

After your 10+2 level you can go for Medical stream,otherwise you can continue in general stream,and after master degree you can apply for phd...

Don't worry we are here to help you,whatever you choose that should be in interests.

because if you take any subject or field and you are not much interested of studying,then you have to study in forcibly to clear it.As a result Lesser score in exam paper and you will be counted in Looser.

But please its my sincere request that Go with Interest.

After you 12 class with having great 71 % and don't think that 71 is less, because to joing any course at-least 60% should be maintained in 12 class.

You follow such pre-requisite Criteria. Various Fields are open for you like

Army line,Engineering Line, Medical line for surgeon or Dentist.Bsc,B.com if you are interested in Clerical jobs or chartted accounts as mathematics is the base.Etc

You are a PCB student with satisfactory percentage so you are eligible to apply for applying
different MBBS entrance exam .one of them is AIPMT .i had attached the notification of AIPMT. otherwise you can also go for courses like-B.sc, B.Sc biotechnology e.t.c

If you are now not interested in biology then you can also go for B.Com that is in the field of commerce .no any entrance exam is needed to enter in this course.here also you can go for CA/CS courses which is in full demand.

There are many courses which you can opt for,after your 12th but everything depends upon your interest to choose one among the various courses.

You can opt for MBBS if your interested.There are many State level/National level entrance exams conducted by various Boards to select the merit candidates like AFMC,NIMS,AIIMS conducted by the UPSC.

The State level examinations are conducted individually by each State board like MHCET,EAMCET.Based on your performance you will be allotted a seat in either a MBBS college,Dental College(BDS),B.pharmacy college.

You can even opt for B.Sc stream like Biotechnology which has a huge scope now a days and then later opt for higher studies.

Hello friend,
I think you should go for AIPMT and CBSE-PMT if you are interested in pursuing a career in biology.

Another option would be to give various engineering entrance exam such as, IITJEE, AIEEE, SCRA, IP-CET, Jamia etc. and get admission to a good college.

But keep in mind that you should opt for the engineering stream that interests you, and the one that is your friends or parents consider as having more scope.

your percentage is almost eligible for any entrance exam. It depends on your choice and interest.

If you are interested in Engineering you can go for AIEEE,IIT exam.
If medical is your choice then you can go for MBBS entrance exam,AIPMT or AFMC exam.

If you are interested in business then you can do BBA or if it is in computer you can do BCA.

Choose carefully and select what you are interested in.

there is several options for science group students.And all the options

depends upon you.first you have clarity about your career then choose the

option.more people thing there is options after 12th.one is engineering and

another one medicine.this is wrong assumption.there is a lot of course

available in now days.engineering has different course and medicine has lot of

courses and other then degree has lot of courses.bsc(comp),bca,

biochemistry,Biotechnolgy,bsc(phy), bsc(chem),bsc(maths).like many course.

but choice is yours.choose the correct option.

71% in 12th standard is a good score.With PCB the most obvious choice is an MBBS course. But then again, what you choose depends on your interest. What is your field of interest?
1.If you aspire to become a doctor, you must try for MBBS.
2.If thats not the case, you can go for BSc in biology or chemistry.
3.You also have the option of getting into food and nutrition.
4.If physics is of your interest, you may go for BSc in physics and later on MSc degree for the same.
5.BCA or Bachelor's in Computer Application is another option if you have any interest in computers.
6.You can also apply for BBA and later top it up with MBA.

So, options are plentyful, you just need to explore the avenues.

But according to me you must choose your field ,in which field you want to go.

There are a no. of degree diploma as well as professional courses that you can pursue after passing 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. You can pursue any course depending up on your knowledge, skill, interest & potential to excel in a particular field.

Some of the courses which you can pursue are:
MBBS
BPharma
BSc in Biotechnology
BDS
BSc (hons.) in biology/zoology/antropology

Diploma in nursing
Diploma in forensic science

I think you should go for mbbs if you are interested in this other you have many option like b.pharma, b.sc ,b.com and many more.

what is the percentage required for MBBS?

You are eligible for Pre-Medical Test to get admissions into MBBS.
After cracking the PMT exam you are called for the MAINS exam or for the interview based on the type of exam you applied for.These are few exams:

AFMC
AIPMT
JIPMER etc.

You can also go for Bio-Tech. or BDS.

These are other graduation options for which you can opt for:

B.Sc.
BCA
Bio-Tech.
etc

You have a good percentage in 12th and so you are eligible to fill all the form which is filled by a biology student.

Best option is MBBS entrance exam.
You can write AIIMS,AFMC,AIPMT,BHU and many other mbbs competative exam.

Carrier option for biology student:-
1.Biotech
2.B.Pharma

You are medical student..so the best option is doing MBBS .......or you need to qualify any medical entrance exam either state PMT or cbse PMT...

Basically many who have taken this group takes medical as their field. you are

percentage also allows it. If you are not interested in medical you can carry on

with engineering or arts and science.

In engineering you have bio-tech. In arts and science you are eligible

for all the science group courses. If you have maths it will be comfortable for

you to join any science courses. You can also join commerce stream courses.

Bsc botany

Bsc zoology

and many other courses. even you can enter in computer field also.

For pursuing a BTech degree in biology you can do Bio-Technology. Many engineering colleges offer this course including the IITs, NITs, etc.

For more bio and medical oriented course I think you should go for MBBS, BDS, B.Pharma.,etc.

you have got very good marks in physics ,chemistry and biology so i will suggest you to go for MBBS because it has a great value i think you know that. But it depends upon your hardwork .If you dont want any medical stream then here are some other options for you:

Your marks in your 12th standard is not bad at all.

You can do higher study
Say your bast subject is Physics.
Then you can do graduation and then P.Hd.

Or you can sit for JEE to become an engineer.
But here you have to be strong in english and communication skill.

You could opt for B.Sc, BA, BCom, BBM, Enginnering........depending upon your interest area.
