I want to crack Gate 2016 exam, should i've to join coaching? Actually i've to crack it on my own. So tell me that how would i do this?

It is very difficult for anyone to crack GATE exam without any preparation. GATE is one of the most standard exam conducted for PSU sector. and this exams covers almost all the topics which will be in your syllabus.

But only with self preparation it will very difficult for you to complete whole syllabus on time. Also the cut-off will very high in 2016. So I will suggest you to take a help of coaching centers like MADE EASY,GATE FORRUM,IGATE,CAREER LAUNCHER etc for the GATE preparation. After getting good rank holder you can go either for the higher studies like M.Tech Or can go for the Job IN PSU sector.

The Cut-off marks for the GATE exams-2015 are :

OBCNC 35 8 8 3

The jobs offered through gate rank varies as per the PSUs companies.

All the government companies have their own Criteria and the different companies have their own cut-off for the gate rank holder.
