let me clear first that there is no any exam like combined engineering services.there is one exam for engineering students known as IES, indian engineering services.

you can get previous year papers of electrical and mechanical engineering branch by log on to either official website of UPSC www.upsc.gov.in. or by log on to www.freshersworld.com.
