1] want to know names of companies giving huge packages to freshers(b.e computer engineers) .

dear friend ,

there are many best companies which offers dream jobs to computer engineers.
like many of the multinational companies like microsoft offers big salary packages to computer engineers.

getting the best jobs is depends on the academics which you have maintained in the 4 year program of graduation course.

HERE i am mentioning some companies which offers much better salaries for the computer science and engineering branch
1) ORACLE
2) MICROSOFT
3) FACEBOOK
4) GOOGLE

these are the best companies which can offer package of near about 40 lakhs per anum in best technical institutes like ii's or in nit's.

i'm pursuing my B.Ecse final year with 74% but companies are recruiting only exp candidates,whats the reason they are not recruiting freshers,i want to know damn reason for this?

I think computer is the hottest branch because its demand is increasing so i think computer is the godfather of all the branches
