Re: Why are B.Tech CSE students getting jobs in BPO's?
All types of companies will visit the campus. Students need to select based on their interest. If you are not interested in any of the job profiles there is no need for you to apply. In BPO's though the job is mostly that of help desk there is need of efficient candidates. B.Tech's are considered the best hence companies approach them.

somebody who is not having confidence about his carrier in cse will apply for bpo's and get jobs in that.it is also a good job.any person can do that job with minimum communication skills.less work more salary.it is based on how effective they are attracting the customers towards themselves.its no matter of any degree.any body can join as bpo's.

" The best way to win the war is to train yourself".
In this competitive world, you have to stand independent and be equipped for everything. BPOs really focus on the communication skills rather than the technical as you have to communicate with the clients. So if you have a good and presentable communication skills, you can surely get into BPOs no matter if you are also from a CSE background. |

Yes why not BPO is really a best option to start career and you can join technical support after some work experience. Clear your all doubts first, and then opt BPO as career builder.
