im pursuing 2nd year Mechanical engineering in chennai nw.....after this four year course i want to do MS in Aernautical engineering...i want to knw which country is the best in providing good education for aeronautical.. nd i want to knw ven to apply and what r procedures for applying....some one please help me in this

USA is better to do MS in aeronautical engineering........
after completing your btech write gre and toefel an apply for universities in USA based on your GRE and TOEFEL score.........
