Sorry, to say that you are not eligible to pursue IT course after completion of your Higher Secondary course with Arts stream. Being a 12th standard Arts stream student, you can pursue your higher studies in B.A, B.F.A, etc., of your interest. Admissions in Bachelor's degree course are done through merit basis of Higher Secondary examination marks or through entrance examination conducted by the respective college/ university.
