Which course is a better choice for me between ME and MS pursuing BE in EEE?
can i do M.E or M.S in automobile or mechanical engineering? i am pursuing my B.E EEE. what would be better?

Both courses are good for higher studies and have their own values. ME course is often considered as mere engineering while MS is technology oriented course. ME is based on application engineering. It is skill oriented course. MS on the other hand is based on theoretical research. An MS from reputed institutes in US, UK certainly will have more value. You can go for higher studies such as PhD after ME as well as MS.
