If you want to join administration field, the best way to serve in this field by joining Indian Administrative Services. The recruitment of candidates into Indian Administrative Services is done on basis of Civil Services examination. Civil Services examination is conducted by UPSC every year and it has three stages:

>>Preliminary examination.

>>Main examination.

>>Interview.

The eligibility criteria for this examination is bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidates of bachelor's degree can also apply for Civil Services examination. The age limit is 21-32 years.
