Dear Friend, There are endless scope in every branch of engineering as well as other professions. You should not choose any branch of engineering by its scope. For e.g IT/CS were on the rise a decade ago. Every one opted for that but as the recession set in most students went for Electronic(ECE). So even though i can that Electrical, Civil, Mechanical are core subjects and the best ranked students go for that, you should choose what's good for you. If you are good in Programming, interested in developing softwares, you should go for CS or IT. Your decision should be based on your skill set and what interests you. Best of Luck and choose that suits you the best.

DEAR FRIEND,

Mechanical engineering is an evergreen subject. There are lot of chances of getting jobs in well reputed companies. electronics is one of the fast improoving course. experts says that civil engineers will have great importance during 2016. computer engineering will decrease its standard in fort coming years.

whichever course you take the way you perform will decide your future. NO COURSE IS SUPERIOR OR INFERIOR. ALL HAVE EQUAL IMPORTANCE IN OUR DAILY LIFE.

i hope this answer will help you a lot...............

ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Engineering is a 4 year Graduation course being offered by several Engineering colleges in India.

The minimum academic qualification that is required for the candidates to join this course is by completion of 12th class.

The admission will be given on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam.

Some of the popular Entrance Exams to join this course are
AIEEE
IIT-JEE etc.

Some of the popular streams in Engineering course are
Computer Science Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Information Technology
Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Electronics and Computer Science Engineering
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering etc.

Each and every stream in Engineering course will be having its own career scope and job opportunities for the candidates.

But the thing is that the candidates have to make most out of the course
-by gaining good subject knowledge
-by attaining strong communication skills
-by securing good percentage of marks
-cracking the campus placements to get the job.

Try to get admission for Engineering course in a top college so that you will be having better career scope.

As per stream, you can choose the one which you are interested and where your strengths are better utilized.

Wish you all the best.
