Which course to take in 11th standard to become an Air hostess in Hyderabad? Can you please give me the details on this? My goal is to become an air hostess so kindly suggest me the best course to take up next. Awaiting to get the response soon. Thanks!

You can take the subject of your choice in 11th standard. Eligibility criteria to apply for Air Hostess is as follows-

>> 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board or graduation degree

>> Age - Upper limit is 25 years

>> Height - 154 cm

>> Eyesight - 6/6 without glasses, Some airlines allow spectacles

>> Fluency in Hindi and English

>> Unmarried candidates are preferred

Air hostess training program can be joined which would be beneficial for selection procedure.

Selection process:

1) Written Exam
2) Group Discussion
3) Personal Interview

Air hostess is one of the highly paid profession.

To become an air hostess there are no rules about the subjects any candidate who have completed their 10+2 or equivalent education in any discipline with a fair percentage from any recognized board are eligible to become an air hostess.

So, you can take any group and any subjects and after completing you need to take training in air hostess, there are many institutions in Hyderabad which gives training for becoming air hostess.

To become Air hostess with an airline you need a proper training before final recruitment. The training period varies between 6 - 12 months.

The required minimum qualification to join the training course is :-

Candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board.

The age limit is 17-26 years.

Candidate must have good physical status ( 157 cm height ) and must be unmarried.

Other than above eligibility one need to have better communication skills, pleasing ability etc.

So, you can pursue any stream in 12th std.

There is no compulsion on you to choose Science stream or Arts stream for becoming Air Hostess in future.

Both stream candidates are eligible for becoming Air Hostess.

After completing 12th from your desired stream, you can pursue graduation in Hotel Management or Tourism Management.

Then, you will have to apply for Air Hostess Training Institutes which will train you for becoming Air Hostess.
