If you want to apply in full time course, then you must have CTET score for PGT teacher.

But if you want to apply for contractual post for PGT teacher, then it is not necessary to have CTET score.

i am not B.Ed. but i have passed ctet exam, can I get a government teacher job, please advice me.

No, CTET is not essential for PGT( post graduate teacher) teacher.
CTET is (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) which conducted by CBSE (central board secondary education) board twice in a year and it is national level examination and CTET is required for PRT & TGT.
PRT: Primary Teacher
TGT: Trained Graduate Teacher
CTET is conducted for the purpose of testing eligibility criteria to becom a PRT & TGT teacher.

No CTET is not essential for PGT (postgraduate teacher).
You can get PGT post after postgraduate + B.ed (bachelor's in education).
