Date of sale of IIT JAM forms? Eligibility criteria for the exam?
when we get iit jam form for mca,and also tell us what is the elegiblity for this exam.

IITs are one of the top most colleges in India. These institutions are recognized by government and accredited to AICTE. There are many courses to which students can join if they find themselves eligible. Candidates with more than 55% of marks can apply to their relevant field of study. JAM 2011 will be carried out on 08th May 2011. The application forms are available for sale and candidates are given online and offline mode for applying. The last date for surrendering the application is on or before 31st January, 2011.

Application form along with Information Brochure at all designated Punjab National Bank:- 22th Dec. 2010 Last date for sale of form: 21th Jan. 2011 Last date for Online Registration: 24th Jan. 2011, till 18:00 Pm. Last date for reciept of form: 31th Jan. 2011 Date of IITJAM: 08th May 2011 Eligibility: At least 55% aggregate in Graduation including all semesters. IIT JAM eligibility for MCA course is as follows: Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with Mathematics as a subject for at least one year for annual system candidates/ at least two papers of Mathematics for semester system candidates. Candidate must have secured at least 55% aggregate marks (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for General/OBC category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks for SC, ST and PD category candidates in the qualifying degree. IIT JAM 2011 Important Dates: Issue of IIT JAM 2011 application forms and information brochures at Punjab National Bank counters or by post only from IIT Roorke - 22 December 2010 (Wednesday) Commencement of IIT JAM 2011 Online Registration - 22 December 2010 (Wednesday) Last date for receipt of requests at IIT Roorkee for issue of application material by post - 18 January 2011 (Tuesday) Last date for issue of IIT JAM application forms and information brochures at Bank counters - 21 January 2011 (Friday) Last date for IIT JAM 2011 Online Registration on the website - 24 January 2011 (Monday) at 18:00 hrs. Application form is already available in all designated branch of punjab national bank for IIT JAM which is scheduled to take place on 8th may 2011.last date of sale of form is 21.01.2011. your form must reach the office before 31st jan 2011. you are elligible if you have secured more than or equal to 55% .
