Colleges have their own rule and regulations. Just after the admission procedure over in that premises, Classes gets started in their flow.

But you haven't specified for which college you need information regarding Opening Date of 11th Standard

Just you can do one thing , Approach to College's Principal or any authority ask them for the starting of classes. They will definitely provide you the best knowledge.

Its depends on your school,it can vary school to school,but it should be start before the puja that means july-august.
You should mention your school name for specific answer.
