There are recruitment process in Govt Jobs, Private jobs, On Campus Jobs, Indian Army, Indian Navy etc etc.....

So I am giving you the answer in general form i.e. Genarally what happens in recruitment at any sectors.....

Genarally there are stages of recruitment process. I am mentioning those stages from first to last......

1. Written Test(aptitude, reasoning, technical, etc.)

2. Group Discussion

3. Medical Test

4. Technical Interview

5. HR Interview

All this stages are not every sector. It varies accordingly with the respective sectors and respective companies.......

There are mainly 4 rounds in accenture placement procedure-

1. Written/aptitude test

2. Group Discussion

3. Technical interview

4. HR interview

5. Medical Test
