Civil services exam is conducted by UPSC. The exam is conducted for selecting candidates to services like IAS, IPS, and so on. Bachelor degree holders can apply for the test. One can attempt the test up to 30 years. Further details can be collected from UPSC web portal.

The civil service examination conducted by union public service commission.
Nationality :For the Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service, a candidate must be a citizen of India.

Education :A degree from a Central, State or Deemed university.

Age :Prescribed age limits are minimum 21 years and maximum of 30 years.

Numbers of attempts:four attempts for General category candidates.
Seven attempts for OBC category candidates.
To SCs/STs, there is no limit on the number of attempts.

If you have graduation degree from recognized university then you can apply for Civil Service Exam.
