dear friend,
ME in Instrumentation is a good choice of yours. but i would suggest you to do it on the full time basis as that would be more effective and beneficial.
Anyways, among the colleges in Tamil Nadu, its only IIT Madras, that offers all the M.E courses. hence it is advisable to check it out there for a part time course in instrumentation as its very rare to get such courses done in part time basis
