CS course is offered by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
This course is sub-divided into the following categories:-
Foundation Level
Executive level
Professional level

For join in foundation level you need to pass higher secondary examination or its equivalent from a recognized board.

And for join in executive level you need to pass in the first level.
But there is direct entry available for those candidates who have passed final exam of ICWAI or ICAI or any other accountancy Institution in India or abroad recognized by the council of institute. Even graduates directly enter the intermediate level. For them foundation level is not required.
So, being BBM graduate you can eligible for Executive level. After complete the Executive level you can eligible for Professional level.

And you have an option to complete the MBA course simultaneously with CS.
But as per ICSI rules you need to submit the Course details to ICSI.
