## IAS(Indian Administrative Services) examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission every year ## Minimum educational qualification required to apply for IAS exam is GRADUATION in any discipline from recognised institution/university ## Age limit to apply for IAS examination is ~>21-30 years for GENERAL category candidates ~>21-33 years for OBC candidates ~>21-35 years for SC/ST candidates ## The selection process of IAS examination is ~>Written test(preliminary & mains exams) ~>Personal interview ## The number of attempts for IAS exam are ~>4 times for GENERAL category ~>7 times for OBC category ~>no limit for SC/ST category candidates ## For further details please visit www.upsc.gov.in ** ALL THE BEST ** |

Literature Following combinations of subjects ARE NOT ALLOWED in IAS Exam :– (a) Political Science & International Relations and Public Administration (b) Commerce & Accountancy and Management (c) Anthropology and Sociology (d) Mathematics and Statistics; (e) Agriculture and Animal Husbandry &Veterinary Science (f) Management and Public Administration (g) Of the Engineering subjects, viz., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering–not more than one subject. IAS Mains Exam :- Paper I- is Contain Indian language which is to be selected by the candidate 300 marks. Paper II- Contain English Language - 30 marks.
