District level sports champion who is also a meritorious student can get admission in any good engineering colleges of Delhi?


I am getting around 92%-94% in my boards from telangana state board. my domicile is in delhi. I have passed class X with 8.4 cgpa from gd goenka, new delhi and I also have some sports certificate of dist. level by delhi govt. but I am unable to qualify jee mains "WILL I GET AN ENGINEERING COLLEGE IN DELHI OR SOMEWHERE"? (can any expert answer to me please)
