sir,i have completed my b.tech ece in and done graduate engineer apprentice in electronics corporation of india limited(ecil).presently do i have oppurtunities in my core field.please list me the companies and oppurtunities....

i have got 64.28% in engineering but requirement is 65% can i apply for ECIL will anyone tell me abuut this
