I have scored 69.17% in 10th and 48.68% in 12th and now I'm sybcs(cs) student scored 73% so does 10th and 12th marks are considered for JAM 2016 even I've done well in my bachelor degree

Actually JAM is the joint admission test used to get admission in IIT in any master degree.The essential qualification for this exam is Bechelor degree in any stream.So 10th and 12th marks are not considered in JAM 2016.

The minimum educational qualification required for IIT JAM 2016 exam is graduation degree with above 50%.

This exam doesn't require any percentage marks in 10th and 12th standard.

Your age should be above 17 years.

JAM stands for Joint Admission Test in Masters.
JAM 2016 is being conducted by IIT Madras.
It is conducted once in a year for admission in M.Sc course in seven IIT colleges and Indian Institute of Science.
Eligibility to appear in JAM 2016 are
-Candidate must have passed Bachelor degree with more than 55% marks from a recognized university in any science subject with which the student want to do M.Sc

The candidates who are in final year or semester of their degree program are also eligible and they need to acquire their degree on or before 30th September 2016.

So, for JAM 10th and 12th mark sheet is of no value, it is requires only as proof but Bachelor degree marks sheet is compulsory for students and the students who have completed B.Sc must have their 10th and 12th marks sheet.
You should not worry about less marks in 10th and 12th as you have more than 55% marks in B.Sc then just qualify the examination and you will get admission easily.

No. 10th & 12th class marks are not considered for JAM. JAM is the Joint Admission Test.
