Does age matters for doing CS Course? What are jobs / practice opportunities? Does LLB is also required?

I'm 41 years old government employee. I wish to pursue CS now. I further need to do my job for another 6 years for some reasons. Then my age will be 48. Will it be useful of doing CS for such an age groups? Further, is it necessary to do LLB also? Will it be beneficial as distance/evening learning mode as value adding to CS? What will be Job / Practice opportunities?

Age does not matter in any Professional Course, only knowledge & experience makes you different from others.
There is no age limit in Pursuing CS Course.
LLB is an good option with CS but its not necessary with CS Course.
Yes, it will be Value Addition to your career.
As a qualified Company Secretary , you can find good positions in the private sector & public sectors, banks & financial institutions. You can also look for openings in stock exchanges, the Department of Company Affairs, company law boards and various government departments.
