Karnataka State Open University is approved by UGC.

So you can applicable for UPSC exam.

Because those candidate have completed graduation degree from UGC approval college .

Karnataka State Open University is an recognized university and therefore the degree awarded by the university is considered equivalent to degree offered by any other recognized university, approved by central or state government.
So, you can definitely apply for the exams conducted by the union public service commission.
Since UPSC conducted various examinations, you must refer to the notification of each examinations for complete information.

Yes friend, the degree from KSOU(Karnataka State Open University) is valid for UPSC exam. This university is recognised by the UGC and DEC.

(Karnataka State Open University) is valid for UPSC exam.

This university is recognised by the UGC and DEC.

For apply UPSC exam candidate must have to completed Graduation degree in any
stream from a recognized University.

Candidate should be an Indian.

Age limit 21 years to 30 years for General category candidates and 3 years age
relaxation for OBC category candidates and 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST category
candidates.

If you completed all eligibilty criteria for UPSC exam then you are eligible to take UPSC exam.

I RECENTLY WENT THROUGH THE GUIDELINES PRESCRIBED BY THE KSOU FOR OPEN STUDENTS. THEY SAID " IF U HAVE COMPLETED THE 21 YEARS OF AGE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR GETTING ADMISSION IN PG DIPLOMAS/DEGREES NO MATTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR GRADUATION OR NOT." IS IT TRUE IF YES PLEASE EXPLAIN..
