To get into the program offered by T A PAI Management Institute Manipal, candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in graduation from any university recognized by Association of Indian University(AIU).

So, as far as your question is concerned, it is not mandatory to get 60% marks in graduation to get into T A PAI Management Institute Manipal, even after getting 50% in graduation one can be eligible.

I am a commerce student and I have cleared my CA inter and my CA final exam is due on may 2021.I have completed my bcom in correspondence and my results are yet to come. Im planning to do MBA in TAPMI. Will I be given any preference? What will happen if I didn't score 60% in my graduation?
