i would like to know that doing a certified course in sql is beneficial for a b.tech student in computer science. please reply. i'm confused.

Yes, Every certificate related to computer course is very necessary for specially B.Tech student because when any company will come for placement, they will check your knowledge as well as your certificates.
Every company store some Data so SQL(Standard Queries Language) used to create database (collections of related data) so SQL certificate help you alot in the your placement but now a days mostly private company check your Knowledge.
