I have just competed my diploma in EEE. I am more interested in electrical than electronics. What type of courses i should study related to electrical, which will give placements after completing the courses.

After completion of your Diploma course in EEE from an AICTE recognised institution, you can pursue your higher studies in B.E or B.Tech EEE course. Being a Diploma holder in EEE, you are eligible to get direct admission in second year of Engineering course through lateral entry admission process.

You need to appear in lateral entry examinations like LEET, ECET, JELET, etc., which is conducted by your respective state board of technical education, qualify the entrance examination and participate in counselling process to get admission for pursuing Engineering course. After completion of your Engineering course with good subject knowledge, you can apply for GATE examination and if you score well in GATE examination, you can get good government job.
