Sir...I am a Engineer graduate and done course in Information Technology...I just wanted to know whether I am eligible for entrance exam for Acting course in FTII pune.

yes you are eligible for Acting course in FTII.
to apply for acting course in FTTI you should have to complete your graduation first, which you have completed.

The FTII provide different courses in Film and Television which include Direction, Acting, Cinematography, Art Direction and Production Design, Editing, Animation and Computer Graphics, Sound Recording & Sound Design and Feature Film Screenplay Writing. For most of the course the minimum eligibility is a Bachelors Degree and for Animation and Computer Graphics plus 2 is the basic requirement

There are 2 year PG Diploma courses in FTII. There are limited seats around 28 in acting.The fees is around Rs.175000/-.

There are Lot of Entries in FTII pune Like Three Year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Film and Television,Two Year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Acting etc...

For admissions into Two year Post-Graduate Diploma Courses of Acting you need at least Bachelor's degree and its course fees is Rs. 1,75,000/-(Tuition fees per Year.)

This Exam which is of Written Test in Specific Area including General Knowledge and General Mental Ability

There is No specific Study Material For this you can Crack this Exam because G.K and General Mental Ability Test can be covered from General Books available in Market.

For G.K you can opt for Manorama and For General Mental Ability you can go for R.S.Agarwal Quantitative aptitude .

Note* There is an Appreciation Course gonna start soon, This course is of Rs.7,500/-

--> candidates willing to pursue a course in audiography & tv engineering, need to have phy 10+2 level besides a degree in any discipline..........

--> for courses in art direction, the candidate should either have bachelor's degree an equivalent diploma in Architecture/painting/Applied Art/Sculptures/Interior designs or related fields in fine arts.......


among all bachelor's degree is important & since you are graduated you are eligible for FTTI -acting course......
