What is the eligibility criteria for finance Executive and HR/personnel officer ?

Eligibility criteria for Finance Executive Officer are as under :-

-The candidate must be an Indian Citizen .

-The candidate must be Graduate with CFA, ICWA / Full time MBA / Full Time PGDMB (Finance) .

-The candidate should possess work experience of 2 years in the area of credit appraisal of big,medium industrial projects in scheduled commercial Banks.

-The candidate age limit for finance executive officers post should be from 21 years to 35 years.There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories candidates Government.

Eligibility criteria for HR/Personal Officer are as under :-

-The candidate should be an Indian.

-The candidate should hold graduation degree and post graduation degree or diploma recognized by AICTE in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ HRD/Social Work/Labour Law

OR

The candidate should possess Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management with specialization in HRD from a recognized University.

-The candidate age limit for HR/Personal officers post should be from 21 years to 30 years.There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories candidates Government.

-The selection procedure for these posts involves of written test followed by Personal Interview.

Eligibility Criteria for Finance Executive :-A Candidate should be graduate or Post Graduate in BCA/BBA/B.com and MBA in HR & Finance .
You should have also minimum work experience of 2 years in this field .

Age should between 21 to 32 years.

Eligibility Criteria for HR/Personal Officer:- You should have also graduate or Post Graduate in HRD.
Age should between 21 to 30 years.
Final selection for this post on the basis of written exam & personal Interview.
